Kindly be reminded all guests traveling need to present a valid form of identification upon check-in.

We wish to highlight our food and beverage policy which states that we do not allow food or beverages to be brought into the property. We offer a full-service restaurant and bar for our guests to enjoy.

The last order for the restaurant is 21:00. If you are not able to make it by 21:00, please contact the lodge at 014 940 0088. If there are any dietary requirements for you or your partner, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

To preserve the tranquillity of Palala no boomboxes or music is permitted. Thank you for being mindful of the Palala ambiance.

Palala is an adult sanctuary allowing guests to unwind and immerse themselves in a world of luxury, children under the age of 12 years may be booked on selected dates only.

Dress your best in true Palala style.

Please see the direction to Palala and note that there is a 14km gravel road leading up to the lodge. It is advised to travel with a vehicle with high clearance to make the journey more comfortable.

Reservations made and guaranteed with cross-border payments are non-fundable.

Rates are subject to occupancy, any changes in occupancy may result in additional charges.

GUARANTEE / PAYMENT POLICY:

Reservations that are made on the day of arrival that are not guaranteed will be released at 15h00.
We will endeavor to call you between 24 and 48 hours prior to arrival to confirm this reservation and the expected time of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival date will incur full charges. Reservations of more than two nights will be charged in full for one night. If the guest cancels 72 hours from the date of arrival there is no charge. For Corporate Group Bookings (3 or more rooms) a deposit of 50% of the full room charge must be paid in full 48 hours after the invoice. Final payment will be required a week before arrival. The 50% deposit will be forfeited if the booking is canceled one week prior to arrival. If a guest decides to leave early for any reason, the guest will forfeit the amount in full for the subsequent room night on the day of early departure notification.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification in writing by fax or email to the Lodge. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee of the full accommodation amount will be levied against you. If your reservation was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card at the time of the reservation, the charges will be deducted from the credit card.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY:

Palala Boutique Game Lodge & Spa does not allow food, beverage, or alcohol to be brought onto the property. For special dietary requirements, please contact reservations prior to your arrival for further assistance.

CREDIT CARD POLICY:

Palala Boutique Game Lodge & Spa accepts Visa and Master card payments. American Express and Diners Card payments are accepted with an additional 7% transaction fee on all card payments.
