Our conference venues are widely divergent and offers a platform to execute your strategy, no matter the form or structure you may have in mind. Apart from the usual conferencing setup, our venues are pliable and ideal for any occasion ranging from presentations, strategic meetings, team-building events, company or product launches, incentive travel experiences, gala dinners, year-end functions and so much more.
The multiplicity is varied and groups can opt for indoor or outdoor areas, formal or more relaxed sessions, technology driven or more practical gatherings. The venues include our Tree of Life ballroom, an appealing island setting or the more rustic boma known as Oom Dup se Witgatwortel Lapa. Both the island and the lapa are spot-on for the various team-building activities on offer such as drum playing and potjie-kos competitions.
Our conference packages make provision for half day, full day or stay-over options. In terms of available accommodation, our capacity is 37 to 76 delegates, depending on room occupancy.

Oryx
The sophisticated safari conference venue, Oryx, is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and available for conferences or lavish banquets.
The modern interior is perfectly paired with raw wooded tables to ensure a fresh look and unique atmosphere at every banquet. All the necessary conference equipment is available and our team of professional events coordinators will ensure the venue is prepared according to your individual requirements.
With the option of three individual breakaway rooms or one large ballroom, Oryx can accommodate 20-200 guests.

Tree of Life Ballroom
The Tree of Life Ballroom is elegantly furnished conference venue with lush carpets and decor elements. The retractable doors open onto the adjacent deck area, merging it with the bushveld surroundings. The outside deck area allows for comfortable breaks, leg stretches or strategic break-away sessions. Why not consider introducing team building games, exercises, activities and quizzes to warm up meetings, improve training, and liven up your conference? Our venue is fitted with state of the art conferencing equipment such as a data projector, screen and personal address system and can accommodate 160 delegates depending on the preferred setup.
